USA Hockey 'a leader in player development'
A Bloomberg Business article discussing player retention and growth in youth baseball turned a spotlight on USA Hockey's revolutionary American Development Model.
"Everyone consistently points to USA Hockey," said Rick Riccobono, senior director of development at USA Baseball, the governing body for the amateur game and a partner on Play Ball.
"We want to do it as well as they do it, if not better, but they are the leader in the space."
