USA Hockey National Goaltending Camp Set For May 15-18

24 Goaltenders From Around U.S. Invited To Plymouth, Mich.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Twenty-four American goaltenders from around the country have been invited to the 2024 USA Hockey National Goaltending Camp, set for May 15-18 at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan. 

The multi-day camp will consist of both on-ice and off-ice skill development, along with vision and video training activities for the 24 invitees and will give the opportunity for the goalies to learn from the camp’s experienced staff while growing their game alongside their peers. 

Invitees range from 16 to 23-years-old, including 12 men and 12 women. The 24 netminders come from 18 different teams and hail from eight different states. 

2024 National Goaltending Camp

The camp will be led by David Lassonde, USA Hockey’s national goaltending coach, Steve Thompson, USA Hockey’s manager of goaltending development and Alli Altmann, goaltending coach for the U.S. Women’s National Team. Additional staff will also include goaltending coaches from the NHL and NCAA.
