Check out how the English Football Association (FA) is backing a switch to small-sided mini games for kids with an emphasis on developing skills and technique in childhood.

The FA is following the same principles in player development as the ADM. While tradition can be hard to change, doing the right thing for kids and their development trumps all, even in English Soccer.
