A: Kids at the 8 and under age group are acquiring essential fundamental movement skills.  These movements are not limited to skating or shooting a puck; they are things like running, jumping and catching.  Helping kids master these basic movement skills through a variety of fun-focused activities, will provide them with a better foundation for acquiring more advanced sports skills in the future.
