R: Rest

Rest? At 8U, don’t worry too much about rest. Most drills in practice should be run at almost a 1:1 work-to-rest ratio. In activity games, like tag, the work-to-rest ratio can even be 1:0. If a player gets tired at this age, they will self-regulate and move to the sideline while they recover for a few seconds and then jump back into the play.
